An 8-Week Yoga Course

for people who sit all day

30 Jul - 17 Sept 2026 | 6:30pm

Confidence doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from feeling supported in your own body.

An 8-week yoga course designed specifically for people who spend most of their day sitting.

This isn’t about extreme poses or complicated flows.

It’s about rebuilding strength and stability where your body needs it most. In your core.

We’ll work with one thoughtfully designed sequence over eight weeks — gradually refining and strengthening it, so your body can truly adapt and improve.

1 Theme - 1 sequence - 8 weeks practice

Tailored to the Group

Prior to the course, participants will receive a voluntary intake form to share:

  • Physical concerns (lower back discomfort, neck tension, tight hips, etc.)

  • Stress levels

  • Personal goals and expectations

This allows me to fine-tune the sequence to the group’s needs — so the practice truly supports you.

Focus Areas

  • Strengthen deep core muscles that support the spine

  • Improve hip mobility after prolonged sitting

  • Open chest to counter desk posture

  • Enhance balance and postural awareness

  • Support breath efficiency under stress

Repetition is intentional

Each week builds progressively — refining technique, increasing muscular engagement, and improving mobility without overwhelming the body.

Repetition allows your nervous system to relax.
It allows your muscles to strengthen safely.
It allows progress you can actually feel.

About Eva

“I enable you to move with awareness and confidence through your daily life - so stairs, shoelaces and aches from prolonged sitting are no longer obstacles. Together - in group yoga classes, private sessions or special workshops - we approach your unique abilities with kindness and a smile which will also put your nervous system at ease. I help you to uninvite tension, come out of your spinning mind and into your body to be in the present moment.”

Leading a busy life can sometimes result in a feeling of being constantly overwhelmed, anxious, irritable and fatigued. Hours spent sitting leave you with tight hips, an aching back and a neck of brick. I’ve been there - having worked in corporate communications for over 10 years while raising two children. I’m a big fan of versatile movement and undogmatic teaching. I love to guide you through a balanced yoga practice, where I invite you to slow down and bring awareness to your breath and the little, subtle things.

My teaching is enriched through the holistic-universal method of Element Yoga (by Alex Kröker), which merges the principles of Anusara Yoga with the five Ayurvedic elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether.

Eva has acquired broad knowledge in over 600h of training in various methods and yoga styles like hatha, yin and vinyasa. She also gained invaluable expertise to teach one-on-one sessions using the element body reading technique. Among her teachers are Alex Kröker, Dr. Ronald Steiner, Anna Trökes, Lilla Wuttich, Patricia Ankele, Barbra Noh and Bridget Woods-Kramer. A big thank you to all the other amazing yoga teachers along the journey, for endless inspiration and shared wisdom!
