Get cozy, move, relax and create your own knitted/crocheted scarf.
This winter we want to invite you to an afternoon that feels like wrapping yourself in a warm woolen blanket of comfort and creativity.
Imagine being absorbed in the flow of creating something beautiful with your own hands while sipping tea, snacking on healthy treats and engaging in great conversations with fellow crafters.
Pair this with a yoga practice specifically designed to move, stretch and relax your hands, arms, neck and upper back - all body parts used in the process of creation.

A passionate knitter herself, Eva knows that when you’re focused on a project, it’s easy to sit still - and invite tension. The practice will be accessible for every body and provides helpful movement ideas that you can take into your daily life (btw. even if you don’t knit everyday, you might sit long hours in front of a computer - which will create similar tension around the neck and shoulders).
You will feel supple and relaxed afterwards.
Enjoy the deep satisfaction of making your own beginner-friendly knitted/crocheted scarf under Kathrin’s expert guidance and embrace German „Gemütlichkeit“ - a difficult to translate concept promoting simple pleasures, comfort and community (similar to the Danish hygge).
Whether you're an experienced knitter seeking a wool-focused community or you're picking up the needles for the first time - our Wool & Wellbeing afternoon is the perfect opportunity for you to combine physical wellbeing with creativity and connection.
We are looking forward to spending 2.5 cozy hours with you and guide you to embrace your creativity in knitting/crocheting and moving your body.
Eva & Kathrin
