Pair this with a yoga practice specifically designed to move, stretch and relax your hands, arms, neck and upper back - all body parts used in the process of creation.

A passionate knitter herself, Eva knows that when you’re focused on a project, it’s easy to sit still - and invite tension. The practice will be accessible for every body and provides helpful movement ideas that you can take into your daily life. You will feel supple and relaxed afterwards.
