MEET Sara

Hatha Yoga

Sara discovered yoga 20 years ago and was initially drawn to its physical benefits. However, it was during a particularly challenging period in her life that she found the emotional and spiritual healing power of the practice. This transformative experience sparked a desire to share the practice with others.

Sara trained at the Yoga Institute in Sydney, where she studied a traditional yoga style with an emphasis on yoga philosophy, something she continues to explore and integrate in her classes. Through her guidance, students are encouraged to slow down and explore the deeper layers of yoga, both on and off the mat.
